Client Support
Are you someone that excels at customer services? Do you love working in a fast-paced, fresh and positive, team environment, supporting the team sales, willing to go above and beyond for every client account? At DNA Legal we are expanding our sales support and administration team of amazing Client Support experts.
Your role will be helping our Client Account Managers. Our clients, [solicitors, social services, local authorities] request the world’s finest DNA testing for visa immigration and also drug and alcohol testing. Our Client Account Managers are busy managing business-critical client accounts and winning new business nationwide. You will be involved in supporting your Client Account Managers and helping the team achieve sales revenues. You will need to be computer proficient, quick to learn our CRM system, able to maintain high standards of information and client data, and have a can-do and positive attitude.
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR
At DNA legal, it’s the person’s approach and willingness to do what is needed that is most important when we look to bring someone on-board. We are therefore looking for exceptionally talented individuals who’ve got a mix of experience in customer services and ideally a strong computer proficiency. You’ll be responsible for the preparation of quotes to be issued to clients, handling and supporting the booking of collection appointments with them and making sure their cases progress smoothly and on time. You’ll be expected to work well as part of your immediate team as well as the wider sales team and company.

DNA Legal is looking for a person with current or previous medical-related career, Police Officer or Phlebotomist looking to join a dynamic company, and work across the country taking samples for us. We are looking for people who want to make a difference in people’s lives as we expand our network of collectors to improve our service across the UK.
Your main focus will be to visit client's homes, solicitors offices and various other establishments to collect samples such as hair, nails, saliva, urine and blood. Ideally, we are looking for Phlebotomists due to high demand in blood collections, however, it is not essential.
You should be a strong communicator, be able to support clients to relax and feel comfortable at the appointments as well as being a professional representative of DNA Legal.
Reporting to the Collections Manager at DNA legal, this role will see you as a key collector where we will aim to delegate as much work as possible to you in the area.
